Are you an employer who is regularly looking for ways to screen candidates for your open positions? Have you heard about the WorkKeys Assessment Tools? These assessments are offered at no charge and can help you in your hiring decision making process. Over 70 businesses have helped the Workforce Center hit its benchmarks in order to achieve Workforce Ready Status by agreeing to consider test scores from the assessments. We need about 30 more in order to hit the one remaining goal put to Mesa County. Once we have 30 businesses that agree to look at the scores we will become the first certified county in Colorado that can say we are Workforce Ready which will be a great tool in helping us to recruit companies to the area.
