Orchards/Vineyards
Grand Junction is known as Colorado’s wine country and a great destination for wine tours and tastings. If you prefer hops to grapes, be sure to check out local brewpubs like Kannah Creek, Palisade Brewery, Edgewater Brewery, Breckenridge Brewery or Rockslide, which each serve up a selection of their own special beers. And we don’t want you to miss the orchards, during the warmer months you can enjoy an array of fresh produce found at local orchards and farmers markets. Any local will tell you our peaches will rival any Georgia peach, you be the judge.
Events/Festivals
There is no shortage of local festivals/events with a summer series of outdoor music concerts, to arts & craft shows, antique car shows, numerous cycling and running events to the well-known Colorado Wine Festival and Palisade Peach Festival, there is an endless list of things to do in Grand Junction.
