Two Ways to Be Part of ELEVATE

ELEVATE works because both sides of the relationship matter.
We are looking for experienced professionals ready to share what they have learned and emerging professionals ready to grow.

Mentors Needed
ELEVATE SOMEONE.
You’ve built experience. Now put it to work for someone else.

You don’t need to have all the answers to be a great mentor.
You need experience you’re willing to share, perspective earned along the way and a genuine interest in helping someone else move forward.

  • Share lessons learned throughout your career
  • Offer perspective on decisions and opportunities
  • Help someone broaden their professional network
  • Invest in Mesa County’s emerging leaders

You don’t need a perfect career path.

The lessons learned through challenges, pivots and unexpected opportunities may be exactly the perspective someone else needs.

Fall Cohort
BE ELEVATED.
Your next step doesn’t have to be one you take alone.

Whether you’re navigating your career, growing into leadership,
expanding your network or trying to determine what’s next, the right mentor can offer something different: perspective from someone who’s been there.

  • Gain perspective outside your everyday circle
  • Build confidence and professional connections
  • Learn from real-world experience
  • Become more intentional about what’s next

You don’t need your entire career mapped out.

Sometimes the most valuable mentorship begins with a good
question and someone willing to help you think it through.

One Connection Can Change a Trajectory.

Most of us can point to someone who opened a door, asked the right
question, made an introduction or simply believed we were capable
of more.

Those relationships can shape a career. They help us see possibilities we may not have recognized on our own, navigate decisions with greater confidence and learn from someone who has already traveled part of the road ahead.

ELEVATE Mesa County creates more of those connections.
Over ten weeks, emerging professionals are intentionally connected with experienced leaders for one-on-one mentorship focused on perspective, professional growth and meaningful relationships.

“Potential grows when someone invests in it.”

Experience is more valuable when it’s shared.

ELEVATE creates a focused space for professionals at different points in their careers to connect, learn from one another and strengthen the relationships that make Mesa County’s business community stronger.

Why Mentorship?

Perspective Is Powerful.

Professional growth doesn’t always come from another class, conference or certification. Sometimes it comes from having the right person in your corner.

A mentor can challenge assumptions, share lessons from experience, introduce another way of thinking and help someone navigate the questions that don’t always have a clear answer.

Where could you go with the right person in your corner?
ELEVATE is designed to create the connection. What grows from that relationship is up to you.

During the 10 Weeks

What to Expect

Orientation

Begin with shared expectations and tools to help build a productive mentor relationship while meeting others in your cohort.

One-on-One Connection

The mentor relationship is the heart of ELEVATE and where the most meaningful conversations happen. At your pace, enjoy small group and individual opportunities with your mentor.

Designed for Connection

Structured enough to support the relationship.
Flexible enough to make it yours.

Every mentorship will look a little different. ELEVATE provides common milestones and support while allowing each pair to focus on the conversations most valuable to them.

Midpoint Touchpoint

Reconnect midway through the program and make sure the relationship continues to move forward and check in with your fellow cohort participants, after all, relationships are the key to success!
