In just seven short months, this newest group of 13 young entrepreneurs, ranging in age from 11-18 years old, will be launching their own businesses. With several business idea brainstorming classes under their belts, these students are well on their way to launching their enterprises.
Soon, they will be turning their ideas into a business plan, pitching that business plan to a panel of investors, and debuting those businesses at a Trade Show!
When these students graduate in May, they won’t just be the CEOs of their companies, but they’ll also walk away with the essential skills that are necessary to be successful in today’s workforce climate. With the help of our expert business guest speakers and field trip hosts, our YEA! students will learn the importance of professionalism, teamwork, self-management and critical thinking, while also getting to explore unique career paths along the way. By the end of the program, these students will be well equipped to be successful in all of their future ventures.
