Every day reinforces the profound impact that community engagement can have on our collective growth and development. Last week, President and CEO, Candace Carnahan, had the privilege of engaging with local students participating in the summer academy for Upward Bound at Colorado Mesa University. This opportunity allowed her to delve into the subject of leadership, inspiring and empowering the next generation of leaders.

The presentation was crafted to be both enjoyable and interactive, providing a dynamic platform for the students to explore and cultivate their leadership potential. The session served as a catalyst for unlocking their inherent leadership skills and aimed to equip these young individuals with invaluable knowledge and insights, enabling them to understand their skills and how they can make an impact.

This presentation exemplified our commitment to fostering leadership development within our community. By investing in the potential of these bright and promising individuals, we strive to pave the way for a future generation of leaders.

We are grateful for the opportunity to connect with the Upward Bound summer academy participants at Colorado Mesa University and for the chance to contribute to their personal growth and leadership journey. Their enthusiasm and engagement served as a powerful reminder of the transformative impact that such initiatives can have on shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
