Year four of the GJ chamber’s Total Resource Campaign (TRC) branded “Creating a Bright Future” will kick off in early September and we hope you will be part of it! The concept is simple. Major initiatives and sponsorship opportunities for 2020 will be presented to members and potential members over a ten-week period by an elite group of Chamber volunteers who will be securing the investments necessary to serve our investors and our community next year. This is beneficial to the sponsors in that they receive recognition well in advance of the event or program they are sponsoring, as well as helps in budgeting dollars for the upcoming year. This assists the Chamber in knowing who the investors are and gives the staff more time to promote and plan events and programs, bringing a higher quality event to our investors.
With the help of over 30 volunteers, our 2018 TRC campaign garnered $250,000 of support blowing the doors off our goal of $240,000. Volunteers work to secure sponsorships, help to recruit new members, and serve as member liaisons, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve with what’s important to our members. The Total Resource 
Campaign has given us the insight to develop new events like State of the Valley, create new topics for Sunrise Seminars, and build new benefits such as the digital member directory.
This year we will be aiming even higher to secure the resources needed to be your business champion, catalyst for community growth, convener of leaders, and the influencer that can make
things happen for the business community!
